Our family has been butchering poultry here on the farm for two generations.  What started as a bargain find on some old poultry processing equipment intended for personal use grew into something more.  Family, friends and neighbors took an interest and asked if they could bring their chickens over to be de-feathered and cleaned.  Word of mouth continued to spread and the interest continued to grow until it was a primary source of income.  Two years ago we made a notable investment and moved our operation into a larger – renovated building on our farm.  We wanted to serve our clients with modern amenities and increase our available space to operate.  We are proud to be able to give folks the opportunity to take control of their food supply and raise their own poultry – just as our country did decades ago, in simpler times.
